Our Values, and the Behaviours that underpin them, help us to focus on what we need to do to continue growing a supportive culture at Telent. It’s everyone’s responsibility to help us achieve this. One of our core Values is Be Inclusive and this ensures that everyone works towards the same goals and embodies inclusive behaviours in every aspect of their day-to-day.

Diversity and Inclusion is integral to our business and is championed by our colleagues. We have a dedicated Equality Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group made up of passionate volunteers from around the business. Their role is to provide direction and support for Telent’s ED&I strategy, drive initiatives, and support Telent in meeting its commitments.

At Telent, we encourage our colleagues to share their own real-life stories and experiences to celebrate the many diverse people working in our business.

We support our people in sharing blogs all year round and invite them to take part in Telent Live Talks every quarter. These are live panel discussions where a handful of people from around the business come together to share their experiences and views on important topics: such as International Women’s Day, Pride Month, Black History Month, and more.
