Telent’s Third Line Services Contract provides expert-level technical support, repair services, a help desk and contractual assistance to National Highways, as they deploy and improve technology equipment across England’s Strategic Road Network (SRN) in the pursuit of safer roads, reliable journeys and informed travellers.

The services we provide to National Highways support the deployment and operation of mission-critical technology equipment, including the equipment being deployed as part of the Network’s Smart Motorways upgrade programme, thereby contributing positively to the tactical management of England’s Motorways and major roads.
