Payment Practices
Telent values all of its suppliers and is committed to making 95% of payments within 60 days. To ensure that this happens we are implementing a number of actions:
- Driving the resolution of queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Regular and ongoing internal training on Telent’s Procure to Pay process including requisitions, orders and receipting to comply with requirements
- Proactive supplier statement reconciliations

Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations (2015)
Telent ensures that the waste hierarchy is implemented throughout the design and delivery of its operations. Wherever possible Telent will reuse packaging that has already been placed on the market to avoid the use of resources and creation of additional waste. On occasion Telent will place new packaging onto the market. All cardboard packaging is FSC Responsibly Sourced MIX corrugate and is widely recycled.
