Our detailed design offering is a fundamental element in our design, plan, build approach to projects. This applies equally to the CCTV camera over the ticket gateline, or a country-wide radio based signalling system coupled with the capability to deliver packages for standalone telecoms renewals and complex inter-disciplinary schemes. The engineering competencies required are available in-house, fully assessed against industry recognised frameworks, with a capacity to meet current demands

Telent have multiple 24x7x365 operational centres and can provide a range of different support options from Service Desk dealing with calls from users and providing second line, third line or fourth line technical support, through to a Network Operations Centre for monitoring equipment and network performance. Support services are complimented by field maintenance activities with Telent providing options for both planned and reactivate maintenance. These are delivered by a nationwide field engineering force, supported from over 40 operation locations including UK wide spares and logistics capability, all backed by defined Service Level Agreements.

With many major transformation projects deployed, Telent will take over the support of the existing infrastructure, ensuring this is in a known, stable state and then work with the organisation to implement a phased transformation to new technology. This ensures that existing services continue unaffected while transitioning to new technology that will run alongside existing technology, until the entire infrastructure has been upgraded and the network or infrastructure transformed ready to support the organisation and their future requirements.
