The award was presented at the IRM BA UK Conference Europe in London and recognises Pip’s contributions to business analysis over the past year, ability to deal with ambiguity, think differently and demonstrate excellence.
Pip works across multiple contracts and operations nationwide, responsible for identifying opportunities and leading changes for business and operational efficiency, enhanced customer service and continuous learning.
“I’m so honoured to have won this award!” said Pip. “I’ve only been a Business Analyst since joining Telent five years ago, so I’m very proud to have won and made such progress in my career already. I want to thank Telent for their investment in business analysis, and my colleagues for their daily engagement and support.”
Pip was also a speaker at the event, which focused on the link between an individual’s personal experiences and their professional outcomes which if harnessed correctly, can add real value and perspective to a range of business situations.
