Telent will take on its largest ever cohort of graduates and apprentices in 2022, as it continues to offer opportunities for people wanting to be part of developing the UK’s critical national infrastructure.
Ahead of National Apprenticeship Week 2022, which starts on Monday, Telent has announced that it is on the hunt for 40 new apprentices and has space for an additional 38 people to become part of its latest Graduate Programme.
Telent’s Graduate and Apprenticeship Manager Richard Giddings said, “Apprenticeships offer individuals of any age the ability to reach their career aspirations by building their skills and knowledge through hands-on experience. Next week we will be taking part in a range of activities to share our advice for anyone thinking of applying to become an apprentice with us or who might want to start as a graduate.”
The theme of the 15th National Apprenticeship Week is ‘Build the Future’, which continues from 2021, and focuses on the benefits that apprenticeships can have on individuals, businesses and local communities. The week-long celebration will take place across England, encouraging people of any age to reach their career goals by expanding their skillset and knowledge with an apprenticeship.
Telent’s apprenticeships offer the chance to gain valuable knowledge and experience – whilst earning a salary. Apprentices are open to people of all ages and backgrounds and are welcomed whether they are joining straight from school or looking for a change of direction from their current career.
Telent Graduate Programmes are work based training programmes with the aim of developing new colleagues with a high level of aptitude to become our talent of the future. The programmes include a variety of classroom-based, field-based and experience-based activities in order to develop our graduates and help them become highly skilled and successful colleagues.
