Telent wins prestigious traffic signal maintenance contract to support Stoke-on-Trent City Council

Telent Technology Services Ltd (Telent), leading UK technology and network services company, has been awarded a four year contract to supply and maintain traffic signal & associated ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) equipment by Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

The prestigious contract was awarded to Telent following a highly competitive bidding process and Nigel Weldon, Business Development Director of Telent’s Traffic business, commented: “we are delighted with this new win of such a notable contract from Stoke-on-Trent City Council and we look forward to working very closely with the authority over the coming years.”

As a new supplier for Stoke-on-Trent, Telent will be supplying their own, state-of-the-art range of traffic signal equipment and will be providing all necessary training to the Stoke-on-Trent traffic signal engineers.
