For this first time, Telent will be attending the Visit , at the International Centre, Telford on 5th & 6th July 2022. The exhibition is one of the largest emergency service fleet events in Europe and focuses on vehicle solutions for ambulance, fire and police users but also attracts visitors from the other public safety organisations, local authorities and Government departments.
During the exhibition, the team from Telent will be available to discuss its comprehensive portfolio of vehicle device and communication services for emergency service vehicles. Services from Telent include vehicle installation design, implementation and maintenance provided by a UK wide field support team and service desk, both available 24x7. Devices covered by Telent’s services include radios, Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs) and vehicle routers, with options for software support and mobile device management also available.
Telent’s experience with emergency service vehicles includes major fleet upgrade projects. A current example of this is the ongoing project for the Ambulance Radio Programme to upgrade mobile communications devices in an estimated 6,500 ambulances for all NHS Ambulance Trusts across England and Wales. Previously Telent upgraded every fire service vehicle in the UK to TETRA radio devices and MDTs, and still maintains these devices today as part of Telent’s long-term partnership with Firelink and Airwave.
