Telent secures place on crucial National Highways procurement Framework

Digital infrastructure specialist Telent Technology Services Limited (Telent) has been awarded a place on the Operational Technology Commercial Framework [OTCF], a procurement vehicle to support National Highways in delivering the Road Investment Strategy 2020-25 (RIS2).

The OTCF Framework will be National Highways’ principle route to market for all operational technology requirements.

Telent has been appointed onto the two-year Framework Agreement (with extension options for up to a further 2 years) across all five Lots, covering Detector Systems, Informing Systems, Passive Systems, Operational Systems and Operational Technology Consultancy Support.

The OTCF will be used to deliver goods and services which will better enable National Highways to continue to operate and monitor the Strategic Road Network. These include support across the design, implementation and maintenance of roadside operational technology.

Telent will build on its strong industry relationships and experience working with leading global vendors and integrators at the forefront of emerging operational technologies.

"

Our appointment onto the OTCF demonstrates further recognition of Telent’s place at the forefront of the industry and our role as trusted Supplier for critical digital infrastructure. We’re excited to have the opportunity to participate across all 5 lots of the Framework Agreement and have the opportunity to provide support across the design, implementation and commissioning lifecycle of operational technology
