LINX104 – which will take place at the Park Plaza Victoria, in London, from Monday, February 11 to Tuesday, February 12 – will see hundreds of London Internet Exchange (LINX) members meet to discuss the latest developments in technology and how they are rapidly changing the face of networks in both public and private sectors. A number of presentations will be held on how technology advancements will support the UK’s evolution into a digital and connected economy.
“As technology continues to advance, it’s crucial we stay on top of market trends, including how to respond to challenges that emerging technologies bring,” said Shani Latif, Sales Director at Telent. “That is why LINX04 is an invaluable event for us, allowing us to share our expertise and experience, as well as gain extensive knowledge of the market, its business drivers and its hurdles. This will support us as we continue to evolve our solutions to meet the needs of service providers and ISPs now and in the future.”
From concrete to cloud, Telent’s service offerings ensure service providers benefit from a stable and reliable network infrastructure, from an external infrastructure, fixed wireless, street works and civils through to core network engineering and projects in local exchanges and data centers.
With experience of designing, deploying and maintaining and operating various cloud or hardware-based infrastructures, Telent can meet the specific requirements of each individual service provider – empowering them to stay on top of industry technology trends and their end customers’ needs.
At LINX104, Sean Newman, Director of Product Management, at Corero Network Security, will deliver a presentation on behalf of Telent. This will explore the challenges surrounding adopting Distributed Denial of Service (DDos) protection solutions and how high-performance traffic filtering and telemetry in the latest generation of routers is opening up new opportunities in the market. This follows Telent’s implementation of Carero in its lab environment which is it deploying within its private cloud.
Sean Newman’s will present at 2.45pm, on Monday, February 11.
