Telent was a proud sponsor of this big event for the second year running and we were delighted to connect with the local LGBTQ+ community and join other businesses in showing allyship and support.
We were thrilled to welcome the fabulous Scarlett Harlett, star of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK Season Three, to our Pride celebration! Scarlett brought sparkle, sass, and unforgettable energy to the day and if you joined us for the Meet and Greet, your moment in the spotlight has been captured!
Our sponsorship and attendance at the festival was organised by volunteers from our Pride Community here at Telent – one of twelve Community Groups (also known as employee network groups). With teams located around the UK, our Communities offer a central place for people to stay connected and find informal support on common themes.
Our Pride Community provides a dedicated safe space for LGBTQ+ colleagues, supporters, and allies. The group offers a channel for conversation, connection, and support, works to promote more understanding and awareness around the business, and advises on policies and initiatives that support LGBTQ+ colleagues.
