Telent continues to strengthen its support for neurodivergent colleagues as a member of industry forum.

Telent is delighted to share it has become a member of Neurodiversity in Business (NiB), an industry forum supporting the participation of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.

The forum, which was recently launched in the Houses of Parliament, draws upon the knowledge of neurodivergent experts and leading companies to share best practice and improve the employment and experience of the neurodiverse workforce.

For Telent, our membership with this forum opens the door to a range of opportunities that will support the business to drive change and continue to promote a workplace environment where neurodivergent colleagues thrive and form an invaluable part of Telent’s workplace culture.

It will also help Telent to support neurodivergent colleagues to feel understood, empowered and recognised, with access to the support and guidance needed to navigate a successful, happy and independent career path.

Through the forum Telent can be more aware of the benefits and strengths of neurodiversity in the workplace and have a better understanding and awareness of neurodivergent colleagues that shared with neurotypical colleagues can create a positive and accessible workplace culture for all.
