Telent will be presenting its comprehensive portfolio of IT network and mission-critical technology solutions for defence applications at this year’s Defence Procurement Research Technology Exportability (DPRTE) event on 29th March 2023 at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre.
The event is attended by over 1,500 buyers, suppliers, prime contractors and academics from across the defence acquisition supply chain and provides a unique platform for networking, collaboration, education and innovation. For Telent, this creates the opportunity to engage with existing and potential new customers and share its areas of expertise and technology solutions for the UK’s critical national infrastructure and mission critical communication networks.
Telent has an existing customer base across defence, central government departments and other public sector organisations, most notably designing, building and operating a next-generation mission critical communications for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and Hinkley Point C nuclear power station. Telent also has experience with major network transformation projects for several Russell Group universities, designing and building the new IT and telecommunications infrastructure.
Telent’s experience with network solutions for campus style environments, bringing together wired and wireless networking technologies, is also ideal to support the “smart base” concept for military facilities and operational bases. These network applications bring IP core networks with access networks based on Wi-Fi and 5G Private Network technology plus SD-WAN technologies from multiple leading vendors.
In the exhibition space alongside the conference, the Telent team will be available at stand 59A to discuss its mission-critical technology solutions for defence and the public sector covering the design, deployment and support of solutions.
