These reports demonstrate the impact we’re delivering across our three Social Value pillars – Workforce, Community, and Planet – while also capturing the progress we’ve made in reducing our environmental footprint and building a more sustainable future.

Scope 1 and 2 emissions are 40% lower than the baseline (FY20) achieved through reduced mileage, EV roll out, renewable energy procurement and energy efficiency projects
Earned external recognition, including a place on the CDP A List (2024) for Supplier Engagement and transparency – placing Telent in the top 2% globally and the Bronze Social Value Quality Mark
10% of our fleet is now electric, with an order pipeline to take this to 20% by the end of FY26
Delivered STEM engagement sessions in schools and communities to inspire careers in our industry
Scope 3 carbon intensity is now 50% lower than the baseline (FY20) achieved through supplier engagement, improved data and lower carbon designs
Expanded apprenticeships, graduate roles and training programmes to develop skills and future talent
Achieved 99.7% waste diversion from landfill and a 92.9% recycling rate
Supported local communities through fundraising, volunteering and charity partnerships
37% of spend is with climate-aligned suppliers and 61 suppliers have full emissions profiles
This year, we accelerated our climate action by reducing our Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and the carbon intensity of scope 3 emissions. We have demonstrated that sustainability goals are achievable, and will continue to innovate and lead the way toward a low carbon future
