View M Group's Annual Report

M Group’s full year results for 25/26 show record levels of revenue, profit and order book, with a significant expansion in the company’s capabilities and client offering.

M Group, the UK’s leading infrastructure services company, has released its first full year results since consolidating nearly 20 historic brands into one M Group. The results for the year ending 31st March 2026 show record levels of turnover, profit (EBITDA), and order book:

  • Revenue of £3.1bn, a rise of 23%
  • £217.6m EBITDA (before exceptional and non-recurring items), up from £155.5m the year before
  • EBITDA margin of 7.1%, up from 6.2%
  • Order book of £10.4bn, an 18% year-on-year increase

During the year, M Group delivered more than a hundred contract wins and renewals, and established the company’s largest order book to date, with more than 70% of the expected FY27 turnover already secured.

Following its successful rebrand in 2025, there were three transformative acquisitions during the year, with the company completing the purchase of Telent, Cyro Cyber and Aran. A key focus of the company strategy is to grow its client offering and provide solutions across the full asset lifecycle, from design and deliver, through maintain and renew, to operate, secure and assure.

The average length of M Group’s client relationships is now 19 years, and the acquisitions mean the company has greatly expanded its capabilities in Data Insights, Digital Solutions and Cyber. This enables M Group to offer clients across its markets of Energy, Water, Technology & Communications, Transport, and Defence, Industrial and Public Sector a far greater range of services beyond core infrastructure activity.

Andrew Findlay, M Group CEO, said, “This is an exceptionally strong set of results, demonstrating the progress we are making in growing and transforming the business, and delivering for our clients.

“With more than 300 locations across the UK, I am proud of the work our 14,000 people have completed for our clients, solving their most complex strategic challenges, and demonstrating our status as a solutions provider across the full asset lifecycle.

“A highlight of the year has been the continued successful integration of new businesses, adding significant additional capabilities to M Group, and allowing us to provide a greater range of services to our clients. BGEN provides highly technical engineering solutions, Telent has added significant technological expertise, and Cyro Cyber gives us a leading cyber security business to protect our clients’ worlds.

“Together with our greatest asset, our people, and our strong investor backing, these capabilities mean we are well placed to continue the rapid growth and progress we’ve already seen.”

The company also won multiple RoSPA awards for safety leadership, and continued to reduce its environmental impact, transitioning more of its vehicles to electric and cutting carbon intensity (carbon emissions per million pounds of turnover) by nearly 19% over the year. M Group’s sustainability progress was recognised with the award of a Bronze rating by the leading sustainability rating platform, EcoVadis, an upgrade from ‘Committed’ in FY25.
