Introducing new assets, systems and software due to obsolescence can be costly and often introduces operational and performance risks. But if something is working perfectly well, why replace it when its life can continue beyond the original manufacturers’ available support, delivering significant financial improvements to our customers.
Our heritage as a telecoms services provider has enabled us to see and experience first-hand how the many different systems have developed and evolved. Our development engineering expertise is built from this knowledge and is used to support our customers’ systems by providing maintenance and repair services backed by our ability to reverse engineer, re-design and re-manufacture systems, and when required integrate them with modern systems, removing the requirement to carry out expensive upgrades.
Our workshop holds an array of items that our engineers have repaired and returned to a working state; including repairs where items are stripped right down to component level. Our engineers are able to provide these services by managing component stock levels and keeping a watch on the market for availability of those already obsolete. By being able to re-design and remanufacture components we are able to manage those occasions when a component isn’t capable of being repaired; it’s often cost effective to do this and our design engineers are experts in this.
If you are considering or have already decided to replace your legacy systems our engineers are here to help with that too. We offer recovery, recycling, disposal and data destruction services for all IT equipment throughout the UK by using specialist partners who provide WEEE- compliant waste disposal; manage data erasure/data destruction and offer resale services.
