Our capabilities are vast and cover every eventuality. For example, we collect equipment from any location. We manage receipt, inventory, stage testing and dispatch to sites across the entire UK. With no exceptions, we supply-on-demand all spares and repairs equipment in the event of faults and operate round-the-clock every day of the year.
Our reverse logistics is just as seamless, collecting and disseminating goods back through the supply chain with full tracking functionality.
Transporting the correct part, distributing to the right location, ensuring the appropriate engineer is on site and never missing a deadline, these are the standards interwoven throughout our service and depended upon by world-class network service providers, carriers and systems integrators.
Housed in our 27,500 square feet central distribution centre in Warwick, our warehouse management team provides accurate inventory analysis, and forecast, tracking and programme management.
Further developed with our extensive independent network of partners to provide strategically placed stock locations, collection points, overnight distribution boxes and secure storage facilities, we have grown our logistics service to international scale. We currently house 1.4 million parts and on average ship 250 customer consignments containing 22,500 individual parts per week.
In addition, over 30 multi-national customers including BT, Virgin Media, and Alcatel Lucent, to name but a few, benefit from our extensive spares management logistics services. We hold around 15,000 parts, have 45 forward stock locations including remote areas such as the Highlands of Scotland. We deliver an average 400 parts per week on a same day or next day courier basis. We have access to 150 manned pick-up and drop-off points, 350 intelligent lock boxes and a network of technical couriers.
