Our Service Centre isn’t a traditional call centre – the person who takes the call is an engineer trained in the Public Safety environment. They will diagnose, and if possible, fix the fault online. If this is not possible one of our field force engineers will be dispatched, along with the right spares and equipment. We aim to fix the fault in a single visit.
