Leading technology company, Telent, has completed its acquisition of Arqiva’s Secure Solutions business, following the announcement of its intention on 23rd October 2015.
Equipping Telent with increased capabilities in the Public Safety market, the Secure Solutions business is particularly active within the Emergency Services sector, an area in which Telent already successfully operates in.

With the added support of Arqiva’s highly skilled workforce, who are well versed in working in secure, mission-critical environments, we will have a clear technological advantage offering a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and services.”
The acquired business contributes an annual turnover of £15m and will be re-named Telent with immediate effect.
The acquisition follows several investments made by Telent, including the recent acquisition of Telindus in the UK.
