telent achieves Juniper Networks Partner Professional Service (PPS) specialisation status
Following a rigorous audit and assessment process, technology services company, telent Technology Services Ltd, has secured Juniper Networks’ Partner Professional Service (PPS) Specialisation status, which acknowledges telent’s ability to professionally and effectively deliver network design and planning solutions based upon Juniper’s innovative technology.
The PPS specialisation is one of two services authorisations within the Juniper Partner Advantage (JPA) program that builds a deliberate dependence on partners to address customer needs in the “plan and build” phases of the services lifecycle.
The PPS specialisation is only available to Juniper partners with an established professional services practice. Partner selection is the result of an in-depth evaluation process, incorporating criteria such as proven expertise in proactive network assessments, architecting and installing integrated Juniper solutions, network conversions and migration services, and proof of concept testing. telent professional services staff and consultants will now be able to take advantage of a comprehensive list of delivery and sales enablement activities to help grow and enrich their PS Practice, including the highly touted Juniper Professional Services Marketplace.
Customers can be assured that every phase of a project – from strategy and design to implementation and delivery of services – will receive the highest levels of focus and commitment.
Darryl Brick, regional director of the UK, Ireland and Southern Europe, Juniper Networks, comments, “telent has a proven record in bringing pioneering solutions to the market and notable customer satisfaction results, both key considerations in our partner selection process.”
Mark Plato, CEO of telent, explains, “We are very pleased to announce our PPS Specialisation status as it reaffirms our dedication to deliver better value and expertise. Our customers will now be able to benefit from our strengthened portfolio of partner specialisations.”
