Our experience with multi-vendor products and technologies, combined with a 24/7 Network Operations Centre and engineers throughout the UK, provides a round-the-clock solution applicable to a wide spectrum of working and end-user environments. Where possible, one of our engineers in our 24/7 Technical Service Centre will fix the fault remotely and if not, they will use our business systems to allocate the right engineer with the right part at the right time.
Our field force is based throughout the UK – each engineer has the appropriate expertise, accreditations and the latest equipment to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. We have engineers trained in all of the major vendor platforms.
Our highly skilled engineers also appreciate that they become the face of your brand when fixing a fault at your customer’s premises – our focus is to fix the fault as efficiently as possible whilst minimising service disruption.
