Our Remote Management and Monitoring Service (RMM) combines our proven technical capabilities on data centre technology with dedicated operational support. Each contract is bespoke, providing enough flexibility with the contracted deliverables to ensure the service overlay fits your business and existing skill set, to assist you.

Designed to maintain the stability, availability and operational effectiveness of your IT environment, whilst giving your IT staff the flexibility to focus on more value-add tasks.

We offer two levels of Remote Management and Monitoring Service: Proactive and Reactive.

Proactive Remote Management and Monitoring:

  • Helps keep core systems healthy and available. Examples include remote monitoring, health checks, version control services and qualitative analysis of vendor advisories and support statements.
  • Ensures systems perform and scale effectively. This incorporates capacity planning, provisioning and expansion; performance monitoring and optimisation; and programme-managed updates and upgrades.

Reactive Remote Management and Monitoring:

  • Helps return core systems to a steady state in the shortest possible time and with the minimum material impact in the event of a failure. Examples include 24×7 Emergency Cover with First and Second Line operational assistance in fault finding, issue resolution, vendor liaison and escalation management.
  • Provides cover for less critical issues where peer review is required. Examples include change management and documentation.
